Very clean rooms, convenient location, close to amenities and stores. My family loved the spacious living area. One big issue is the absence of a working internet, which I have raised to the host multiple times, no action not remedy was provide. We ended up not having internet access throughout our stay in the property.

Although the apartment itself was cute, and the neighborhood is lovely, there was only one toilet despite the listing mentioning two bathrooms. One bathroom had just a sink and shower, the other had a washing machine, sink and shower. We tried using the washing machine and it was incredibly difficult and didn’t seem to wash the clothes well. It was listed as having WiFi, but when we checked in they let us know the WiFi didn’t work. There was no AC and just fans, so it was sweltering inside. I asked for an early check in and initially they said it was possible, then said it wasn’t. There were four of us and we ended up having to get a hotel in addition to the apartment. Lastly the host sent a link to an outside website asking for a security deposit, which I sincerely hope gets refunded. Overall not a great experience.

L'appartement est spacieux, joliment meublé, idéalement situé (proche métro ligne 1). Il mériterait un petit rafraîchissement : une prise électrique cassée dans une chambre, une vitre donnant sur le balcon est endommagée et rafistolée avec du scotch. Nous ne sommes pas parvenus à faire fonctionner la TV. La Wi-Fi nous est apparue inefficace. La porte coulissante d'une des salles de bain est coincée et ne ferme donc plus. Un store vénitien dont il manque la baguette pour le faire fonctionner. Les points très positifs sont : l'excellente communication (arrivée sans stress), une cuisine très bien équipée, un quartier très calme et tranquille, le balcon qui donne sur un jardin, la proximité de la ligne 1 du métro.

Apartment has potential but property management was awful. WiFi, stovetop, freezer, TVs didn’t work. Bathrooms not clean. No dishwasher. 0 amenities. Definitely not worth the price. We were greatly disappointed and spent as little time as possible in apartment.
