Great location. Apartment very run down

The best thing about the property is the location. Lovely bars and restaurants literally minutes away. The Eiffel Tour is also less than 10 mins walk away.Although the flat was clean (except the shower - the grout was pink due to lack of proper cleaning), it was very very run down. Radiator hanging off the wall, door handles falling apart, plug in bathroom missing, lamp shade missing on only light in bedroom, paint peeling off kitchen cupboards, mould under bedroom windowsill, door missing from lounge cupboard.Photos show a beautiful, modern and well kept apartment - but the reality is quite different.
