This is an unusual hotel. It feels somewhat like a university dormitory. Cheap fittings and fixtures in the rooms and gaudy colour scheme. The restaurant and cafe are nice but the staff are not trained to a sufficient level. They’re slow to respond, forgetful and not knowledgeable about the menu. The cleaners neither know nor care about customer service - one vacuumed around our table and wrapped an electrical cord around my foot. Very convenient location. clean bright room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Park Hotel. The owners are lovely and hospitable hosts and were responsive to all requests. We found the beds on the soft side but comfortable and the amenities good. The breakfast was excellent and included GF toast, bread roll and pastry. We also requested a kettle for the room which was provided. We would not hesitate to revisit Park Hotel.

Hotel was clean modern & close to city, parking available for a fee. Would recommend

Nice overnight stay for a family. Kids room was a great place to play for younger kids and the breakfast was excellent.

The apartment was comfortable and very conveniently situated in the centre of Turku, with restaurants and bars nearby, and one block from the river.

The first room was a bit small but otherwise OK. However it did not have tea making facilities. We spoke to the front desk about getting a kettle and after some discussions with them they upgraded us to a larger room at no extra cost. The staff were always friendly. The hotel was clean and well maintained.
