In a quiet residential area, we offer a beautiful 90-square-meter house for you to discover in Parentis-en-Born. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer with family or friends. Ideally located, you can easily cycle (1 km) to the town center to do your shopping, enjoy a coffee on a terrace, or experience our lovely Landes evenings. You can also explore our cycle paths and reach the lake (3 km) for boating, paddleboarding, or fun at the Aqua Loisirs water park. You are also 20 km from Biscarrosse beach and 32 km from Mimizan beach, where you can try surfing lessons. The house comprises an entrance hall with storage leading to the living room. This room includes a television with Wi-Fi and fiber optic internet, as well as a large table for enjoying meals. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator. For added convenience, a pantry with a washing machine is located next to the kitchen. Three bedrooms are available: one with a queen-size bed (160 cm), the second with a double bed (140 cm), and the third with two single beds (90 cm), accommodating up to six people. A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet, provide additional comfort.
