The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and a dining table for four. There is a shower room, a separate WC for added convenience, a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a loggia with garden furniture for enjoying meals and sunny days. Private parking is available within the residence. You can park your car and, if you wish, walk to the lake to relax, go paddleboarding, enjoy the water park, or admire the sunset.
