The apartment is located in a 3* tourist residence on the edge of the lake of Biscarosse-Parentis. The banks of the lake (direct access) offer a fine sandy beach, a sailing school, a playground, boat and pedal boat rental... The lake is classified in 2nd category and the small marina offers the possibility to rent a pontoon.
The residence offers an aquatic space of 1000M2 with an outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool, a covered swimming pool (which can be opened) heated with paddling pool, swimming corridor, whirlpool. A fitness area is also available. The bar-restaurant welcomes you for lunch and dinner and offers you take-away meals.
For your peace of mind and the safety of your children the residence is fenced.
You will be ideally located to visit the region: Atlantic coast at 17km with surf club, duene du Pila at 30Km, Arcachon at 40Km.
