"We stopped for one night on an evening when the restaurant was closed. We were made very welcome (there are 4 rooms only and we were the only guests). The hostess cooked us a lovely three course dinner ( though menu was limited) and in the morning we has a lovely continental breakfast. Simple fair but plentiful. Off the besten track and typical local French"

"We were really sad to leave Cécile’s home! She is such a kind and thoughtful host. Every morning, after breakfast, she would help us plan our day’s excursions, and just chat with us about families and life. Her primary language is French, so English-only may be difficult, but I’m sure necessary communication is possible. "Germaine was so accommodating and helpful specially it is my first time in Lourdes. She took good care of me. It was such a short visit for me and I always arrived late at night with the activities in Lourdes. She managed my visit well. A few items for improvement, blankets during cold weather, and towels for bathing. Never had the time to ask for these as I left early and arrived late, but am sure it can be accommodated. All in all a nice visit to Lourdes with my thanks to the host."
