"Die Zimmer sind tadellos, auch der Zimmerservice. Der Poolbereich und der Spabereich sind klasse.Der Service bei den Mahlzeiten ist verbesserungswürdig. Das Frühstück wird offiziell bis 11.00Uhr angegeben. Kommt man um 10.00Uhr ist das Frühstück beinahe komplett abgeräumt und der Service empfängt einen mit hochgezogenen Augenbrauen. Abends dann ist Abendessen bis 20.45Uhr angezeigt.. Der Käse zum Nachtisch war jedoch um 20.30Uhr schon abgeräumt, es gab trotz Nachfrage auch keinen mehr."

Its pretty small place, just some bars and restaurants are available but you're so close to the mountains so it was perfect for our hiking trip. The hotel itself looks on the webpage pretty cool and totally new. We booked a superior suite (€ 460 for two nights) and honestly we were more than disappointed regarding the room. Well everything was more or less as discribed on the page an the booking confirmation. But the room was pretty...

"Das Essen und die Mitarbeiter im Service waren hervorragend. Allein dafür lohnt sich schon ein Besuch. Die Zimmer selbst sind leider recht heruntergekommen. Bei den Matratzen spürt man jede Feder. Hier ist dringend Hendlungsbedarf geboten!"

"Accoglienza calorosa da parte dello staff, ci hanno dato una camera con letti per persone alte, io sono due metri, accorgimento molto apprezzato! Siamo andati subito in spa dopo una giornata di sci, SPA molto piacevole e calda, peccato per l’idromassaggio che era guasto. La cena in mezza pensione è stata di nostro gradimento, antipasto e dolce a buffet. Camere molto spaziose, pulite e molto calde (forse troppo). Ci tornerei."
