"Vasja is a fabulous host, who greets visitors with a welcome drink & plenty of regional insight.
The apartments are designed for big groups with multiple beds in multiple rooms. While we only stayed for 2 nights, things are set up nicely for week-long stays.
Breakfasts are delicious and locally sourced. Bovec is reasonably convenient (35-40 min) to ski slopes in Italy. It’s also in the heart of beautiful natural wonders. Driving the mountain roads nearby is exhilarating."

"Good location in the soca valley. It is a 3 star hotel With comfortable beds and an ok breakfast. The employees are helpful and kind. No air conditioning. Also, a small thing, but we got charged at their restaurant a ‘plate setting fee’ - this is not a custom in Solvenia and felt like a money grab that left a bad taste in our mouth. "

"Totally accessible hotel. Plus it is chic and convenient. Rooms were great and fully equipped. We had dinner there and it was amazing. Cocktails come with snacks -delicious. Best of all the hotel has a small friendly and well behaved dog! I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Apparently “footballers” use this place-I can see why they have a nice gym and spa-can you say massage! Last we were here to see family and it was easy to get on the highways from here. Friendliest staff!"

"This was great to have an apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Laundry done and folded for 20 Euros and right next to the rafting rental place. Beautiful nature surrounding with short drive to all the sites. Walkable into town for bars and restaurants. Breakfast was worth it too lots of local delicacies. "
"This was a very lovely hotel, rooms were very updated and clean. Friendly staff, nice restaurant and bar onsite, beautiful view of a quiet lake out front. Not the hotel for you if you’re looking to roam around the town because it’s a very small quaint area, but definitely a nice hotel with friendly staff. Would stay here again."
"The hospitality at Hotel Mangart was absolutely phenomenal. The hostesses went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home. One hostess accommodated my diet when the dinner menu when I was unable to eat what was being served. Another hostess, Ana S. was exceptional from the beginning of my stay to the end. When I lost my sunglasses in town, she went out of her way to give me a pair of her own which she no longer used. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. "
