"Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7).

I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. "Friendly staff, nice, simple, clean, good aircon, pool, sauna. Great hotel, close to the beach, great value. Simple breakfast 0730-1100 again with friendly helpful staff. Car park available is 4-5mins walk away and you can park right out the front of the hotel on the main road to load / unload so definitely recommend."
"Had a very relaxing holiday at this super luxury, boutique hotel.
Stayed in a very nice superior courtyard view room which was spacious and quiet, with comfortable big bed and lovely shower.
We had a very nice buffet breakfast each day, sitting overlooking the lovely pool, which had plenty of good quality sun beds surrounding it.
Both dinners we had were excellent, one of which was the weekly special sushi menu.
We received a fabulous personal service from everyone but especially Matteo, Giacomo and Chiara who all went above and beyond during the week we were there. Thank you- we will back! "

"Great location right off the main drag through town and only 2 blocks walk to the beach. The staff was super friendly, from check-in to answering all questions and assisting with calling a taxi. There are many activities near by. The room was very clean, the bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was included and was buffet style, full American and European breakfast. It was the best I had in Italy. The rooftop pool and spa was a big bonus. Overall a great hotel for the price."
