"The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean. The food is exquisite but pricey. Dinner for 2 was 30 percent more than we paid for the room but worth it.
The staff seem new or not well trained. It was a bit faulty towers at times. Many young people but when we walked in to the hotel we were kind of ignored for about 10 minutes while 2 people dealt with one customer in french.. we booked for dinner but when we got to the restaurant there were more faulty towers moments when after...
"The staff at this beautiful quaint hotel were delightful and I highly recommend staying here if you want tranquility and the feeling of a home away from home! Thierry was very kind and helpful! The room was sparkling clean, and the bed was comfortable, nothing more you can ask for! "
"Nice small hotel, friendly staff. Rooms are in good condition, likely renovated lately, only small minus comes from beds and pillows, not the best quality and pillows were so big and full, it was hard to use those. Good location in the middle of the lovely Spa. Would come again!"
"A beautiful chateau in the Ardennes, about 25 minutes from Spa. The location is beautiful, the hosts are fantastic, and the accommodations are nice.
We found it to be in a very good location to explore. I highly recommend it. We will return when we are in the area again. "
"What an amazing place, went a visited Spa-Francochamps and stayed here. Couldn’t have asked for a better 2 night stay. The decor is amazingly retro and well kept. Amazing price for the event we went to, will definitely stay here again."
"This a very nice property located on the doorstep of Belgian hilly East. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the bedding was perfect. "

Many young people but when we walked in to the hotel we were kind of ignored for about 10 minutes while 2 people dealt with one customer in french.. we booked for dinner but when we got to the restaurant there were more faulty towers moments when after being ignored again we managed to interrupt someone and were told we’d have to eat inside which was not what we booked. Eventually a manager came and said just wait 10 mins and we will sort it. It took a Long time to get a glass of champagne, like how hard can it be, but I think it’s just they have a bunch of kids working there out of university over summer holidays. Could have given us a glass of something to say sorry .. but it’s very French. You’re a bit of an inconvenience and definitely some of the team have never operated at high level or under stress. But look beyond because the place is so beautiful. I’d definitely come back but next time rock up in my Ferrari and I might get a different reaction.

"Ideally located on top of a hill near Spa, this is my little retreat away from the heat, pollution, dirt and noise of Brussels. Staff are very friendly and helpful (thank you Philippe!). My room was very spacious, recently renovated, with a large balcony. Highly recommended."
"Very lovely hotel, really pleasant staff, room was excellent, really enjoyed the breakfast, I will most certainly book to stay here again if working in the area :-)"
