The location was exceptional. The facilities are very outdated and not in best conditions. Staff was helpful

We really enjoyed our four day stay in Queenstown at the Platinum Villas. Our townhome was luxurious, spacious and relaxing with a fireplace and backyard with side views of the lake. The villas are located near the top of Fernhill Rd. which is within a mile walk or drive to the downtown port area. We usually walked downtown but it is a steep uphill back to the villas. The location is perfect as it is quiet and walkable to downtown but removed from the busy tourist traffic of the downtown area. The staff was great for assistance and visitor recommendations. I highly recommend the Platinum Villas for an upscale experience, its views and location while visiting Queenstown.

The apartment has a good view. Pleasant. The mattresses are very soft compared to those in most hotels. The lock up garage can comfortably park a small car, and it has just enough space for a medium sized car. Overall good. Thank you.

The location is great and the views are excellent BUT this location needs to tell people that there is no elevator. Carrying 2 50lb bags up five floors was not the high point of our trip. Also, internet was interrupted several times a day. We had a clean and comfortable bed but our room was small. Had to put one bag one the kitchen counter and the other across the end table as there was not enough room on the floor.
