Perfect summer holiday home
This property is perfect for a summer holiday! Across the road from the beach in the very popular Manly Street. Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The garage is a cool spot and has couches, fridge, bar leaner with stools and a bar. There is also a bed in there to relax during the day. Great sized section with sun till the bitter end!! Excellent outdoor living with large table, couches and bbq area. There are 2 cats at the property, Nate & Lauren! They are low maintenance, and hang outside or by the beach all day! We will provide their biscuits and all we ask is to fill their bowl once a day and top up the water, this will be kept outside.
