"From check in to check out, staff are all welcoming and has displayed great hospitality. Lounge staff has always been nice and helpful. Our room was spacious, with premium facilities. We are looking forward to check in again in the near future. The only comment that I can give is that guests are not allowed to access the breakfast buffet when they have booked for a lounge access option. "We stayed here whilst a 15hr transit, staff were super helpful, friendly and efficient. Staff organised our transfers to and from airport which was on time, safe and convenient. Overall stay for a few hours was comfortable. There is also a 7/11, Ramen restaurant, Pizza Hut and jolibee steps away from Red planet. Would recommend for a quick and short stay. "
