If more than 2 guests are added, the platform will automatically charge the additional fee per guest. Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.
Up to 1 pet is allowed at no additional cost, provided it is specified at the time of booking. Only dogs or cats weighing up to 20 kg (medium-sized) will be accepted. If you have more than one pet, you must contact the Host, as there will be an additional charge.
Regarding access to the Iate and Marina Clubs, up to 4 admission passes may be provided at NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE GUEST during their stay, however, this is conditional on the guest checking with the Host “BEFORE MAKING THE RESERVATION” to confirm the availability of passes. Children up to 5 years of age do not need a pass to access the clubs. Please note that meals and snacks at the restaurants and snack bars within the clubs must be paid for by the guest. Please be advised that during the month of January and long holidays, guests are not permitted to enter the Iate and Marina clubs; only residents are allowed.
