Villa Kono Sunshine is a fantastic 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and extravagance in a great location. The villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and enjoys stunning sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the expansive and private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.



Downstairs the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors offering sea views from every angle. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish, with ample seating in the living and dining areas. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay and there is also a breakfast bar with seating area. A W/C is also located on this floor.



Upstairs, the villas has 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower room. There is another double room, a twin room and triple room with 3 single beds. The family bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower.



Outside, the large garden area is fully landscaped with flowers and trees. The overflow swimming pool is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.



A pool table and football table provide hours of entertainment for both kids and adults and satellite TV and Wi-Fi are included. The villa also has full air-conditioning and an open fireplace for use during the colder months. Pool heating is also available and is optional -enquire within. It raises temperature of pool by a maximum of 5 degrees.



Located midway between the resort centre and Cape Greco national park, this area of Protaras offers scenic surroundings in a quiet location. The nearest beaches and resort amenities are just 2 minutes’ drive away and Ayia Napa is 7 minutes’ drive away.
