The location of the hotel is great for Protarus and the beach and the quality of the food was lovely. I can’t fault this place. "Very well run hotel.Special thanks to Rafaela, Anufa,Ludmila,Sagar and of course Antonio. Excellent members of staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was good. The food and drinks were of high quality. The off site restaurants included in our deal were a nice change. I have stayed in better hotels and paid less, and have stayed in worse hotels and paid more.I think the all inclusive deal stopping at 11:00 pm is a tad early, but understand if it cuts back on drunken behaviour.I feel...

"This was one place you could not fault the staff at all. They were all so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us especially my little boy who is a super fussy eater. Maria in the main restaurant was just so amazing. Fabio from the animation team has an amazing team for the entertainment!
