"Everything about the property was lovely. It was clean and very comfortable. The welcome was excellent and the views from the property were lovely. However, sadly the fact that outside the entrance to our room were approximately 6 cats so we couldn’t leave the door open for fresh air. Such a shame as we were very happy with the accommodation."

"We had a wonderful week in the Goatshed. Fida and Chris are warm and generous hosts, and the accommodation is charming and full of character. Comfy bed, great shower, excellent cooking facilities. The terrace is a fabulous spot to linger at any time of the day. Koroni and the wider Messinia area are simply magical. Highly recommended."

"The property is beautiful and well equipped. The location amid the fields of olive trees is just amazing. The view on the bay is breathtaking. We have enjoyed quite a lot our stay. The only dark side is the check in process by a local greek employee which is terrible. No help at all for finding the house which is even hard to find for locals. "The property is excellent, exactly as on the on line description. The pool is smallish but deep and perfect for cooling off, our 3 kids loved it and there was plenty of room for the whole family to swim around in.There are new sun loungers and two very large umbrellas for much needed shade. The house itself is very well equipped. It’s located on the edge of a pretty little village, not far from a sandy beach at Stoopa or the lovely small town of Kardimyli."

"Great location that is NOT directly in Kalamata. 5 minutes drive down the street to all the action. No problem parking (in May). Staff were all extremely helpful and professional. Pool is very nice and big on a raised deck overlooking the beach which is right across the street. You can also walk into the action at Kalamata. Probably a 20 minute walk. I drove into town and was able to park in the large lot. Will recommend and return to this hotel. Only issue was the entrance for th hotel is on the side street and Apple Maps sends you 3 blocks away (sad that Apple Maps still lacks)."
