Stayed two nights with a 3 and 6yr old on a layover between UK and NZ. A great safe spot to explore Fishermans Wharf from. Friendly staff and good service. Nice outdoor area with lots of things to do. Room was great, and only little improvement that would have made the stay better would have been full blackout drapes/curtains.

It was in the perfect location, 711 is right acriss the street, it is so close to all things you'd want to do in San Francisco. It was clean, safe and we reslly enjoyed our stay. We will be back.
