"not up to a regular 3-4 stars standard. insolations between rooms to rooms and wall to hall was are very bad. There were noises when people walk and open/close doors all night loong. Manager kept intervene front desk clerk and try to show he is smarter (not necessary). Room has mold smelling even after cleaning up."

"Staff was terrible from the get-go not enough training was very obvious, horrible customer service, and on checkout the guy had no idea what he was doing. I forgot his name, but oh my gosh wanted to charge me for parking and didn’t give me the right receipt. He gave me a receipt for just the parking the guy was all over the place. Breakfast area was closed."

"The route was poorly lit for night time check in. The water was not hot. While the staff was pleasant they were unable to give us hot water prior to our check out and offered their apologies. They should have offered a discount since on our second day we were unable to shower before our departure. I question if I would stay there again."
