"Yes the hotel is an older building, yet we shouldn't judge a book by it's cover. I was impressed by how attentive the staff were, how clean the entire property is, and yes the room had all proper amenities (i.e. fridge, microwave, A/C, shampoo, conditioner, and soap)."

Beautiful creek side log home, lots of open space but only minutes to town.

"What a great unique home in a wonderful location. This place worked as a great base to take in all the activities and sites in the area. The home is beautifully crafted with modern updates. It has everything you need. The host was very welcoming and responsive, you can tell she cares about her guests. Would not hesitate to book this home again!"

"This was the 2nd time in three years we've stayed here. I stayed with my adult kids in 2023 and now with my spouse in 2026. I love cooking and the kitchen is well equipped. [TO OTHER GUESTS: If you stay at a property with a kitchen, please DO NOT return used dishes/silverware back after 'washing' them yourself. The reason the host asks us to leave the used but washed dishes in the rack is so they can see what was used and ensure those things are clean. We found several dishes and pieces of silverware that were put back less than clean. I don't blame the host. This one is on us - the guests.] I always wash kitchen items before using them when I travel, so it's not a big deal. We love staying here and we plan to do so in the future."
