It is a completely detached Mediterranean-style villa, meticulously designed, surrounded by nature, and featuring a garden rich in detail. The outdoor spaces are spacious and well-equipped for any occasion, featuring a sun deck and a barbecue area. The residence is arranged over two floors: the sleeping area on the lower level, which includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped dining area with a refrigerator and a sofa bed, and a laundry area; the living area on the upper floor features a bright, open-concept living room with sofas, an open kitchen with a dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and large windows overlooking the garden.
