"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very good stay at Rio Othon Palace. The location is fantastic, especially if you want to enjoy Copacabana and experience Rio de Janeiro. The hotel itself was good and comfortable, and the service overall was good, although I wouldn’t necessarily describe every aspect as excellent. However, there was one person who completely changed my impression of the staff and made me raise my staff rating to 5 stars, Genair Gomes from Security. Genair was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely helpful from the moment we spoke and gave me so many great tips and recommendations about Rio. What impressed me most was that her kindness never felt like simply part of her job. She genuinely cared about my experience. Whenever she saw me, she would check to make sure I was okay, ask if I was enjoying myself, and make sure I was having a great time in Rio. That kind of attention and genuine hospitality makes a huge difference when you are traveling. She made me feel welcomed, looked after, and safe, while still allowing me to enjoy the city and discover Rio. Employees like Genair are what guests remember after a trip is over. She is the reason I changed my staff rating to 5 stars. Rio Othon Palace is very fortunate to have someone who represents the hotel with so much care, warmth, and professionalism. Thank you, Genair, for helping make my time in Rio even more special. 🇧🇷❤️"

"Good place to stay. Wish the AC got cooler but it was good enough. The hotel wasn’t fantastic but wasn’t bad either. I’d stay here again. Good location too."

"I highly highly recommend this Place. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The area felt very safe and peaceful which made the stay even better. Everything was well taken care of and you can tell the host truly cares about their guests experience!! Would definitely stay here again!"
