- This is a beautiful two-bedroom house with private roof terrace. It is modern with nice furnishings, electrical appliances and air conditions in all rooms. Netflix is provided free of charge.
You can use the private roof terrace to relax in the sun and drink a glass of wine while looking over the beautiful sea and mountain views.
The house has a communal pool and an allocated underground parking area where you can access the house.
It is situated in a secluded area just a few minutes walk to all amenities. It is within walking distance to Polis town and a few minutes drive to the fishing village of Latchi, a well-known area with beautiful beaches and fish tavernas. The nearest beach is only 1.5 km away. The house is located near the Baths of Aphrodite (Godess of Beauty and Love) and the Akamas Peninsula - an area of natural wilderness, both geologically and physiographically, also known for its crystal blue waters.
