Overnight stop

Lovely hotel very big. We were only staying overnight. I queued at the bar to order some coffee ( as there was no waiter/waitress to be seen) only to be told they served soft drinks only with no advice on how to get coffees. When I eventually was able to order we then waited a further 20 mins for overpriced coffee.
