2 Bedroom Apartment, Sirena Sunrise, Paphos

This apartment has recently been upgraded with new furnishings in March 2024. A new cooker, sofas and new curtains in the bedrooms. A new fridge, coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker was also added. The apartment has just had a new bathroom fitted in April 2025. A very well equipped first floor apartment in an ideal location on this sought after complex. Situated on the outside of the complex the apartment benefits from morning to mid afternoon sun and cool shade in the late afternoon.

Located 0.6 miles from the beach of Paphos.

Central Paphos is a 10-minute walk while shops and restaurants are at 450 yards.
The furnished private balcony allows comfortable outside dining and extended living space. The communal pool is easily accessed where you will find private sun loungers and umbrellas, it also includes a small baby pool. The sun loungers have been replaced in August 2024 with 20 new loungers. A playground is provided for younger guests.

The apartment benefits from a spacious open plan lounge area including Internet based TV system (with uk channels), private super fast Wifi, flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker,a large seating area with two large sofas, dining table with 4 chairs and kitchen including induction hob, oven large fridge freezer and microwave and washing machine. There is also a coffee machine available as well.

There is also the use of a cool box for trips to the beach if needed.

Bedroom 1 is provided with two single beds, fully fitted wardrobes and independent air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 is provided with a king size double, fully fitted wardrobes and independent air conditioning.

The lounge area also benefits from air-conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort.

The bathroom is fully tiled and has a full length walk in shower.

There is a travel cot in the apartment if you are travelling with Children who still need to use a cot all we ask is that you bring your own bedding. If you do need anything for baby while you are out in Cyprus like toys, steriliser for bottles, bottles, pushchair, car seats if you haven't rented them from the car rentals, bouncers anything for baby these can be rented from us and put in the apartment for you for your arrival just ask. There is also a booster seat for toddlers to sit at the table and eat. If you need a high chair this can also be rented just let me know,

This great apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and is very well equipped to a high standard for both families and couples alike. Just a short stroll to the nearby bars, restaurants and the beach!!

If you would like a welcome pack to be in the apartment for when you arrive would you please let us know at the time of booking or as soon as you can so we can arrange this for you. This is charged and i can add this to your bill at anytime.

If you do require a late checkout after 10am please let us know and if we can offer a late checkout (no other guests are going into the apartment on the same day as your departure) Then we can arrange this for you.

There will be an extra charge for a late checkout of £20.00.

The towels and bedding are provided. Free Wifi and aircon and heating are also provided.

Another fantastic stay in Sirena Sunrise, great new bathroom, everything we needed, the spartment is accessable to a great resturant with good food & entertainment, local mino market withh all you need, ample parking, lovely area, away from the crowds but close to all amenitied,Steve & Bev are excellent hosts, 3rd time staying with them & counting down the weeks to our next visit

Lovely homely apartment with everything we needed for our stay, plenty of room for the four of us. Lovely quiet area with supermarkets and restaurants close by! Hosts were very responsive with communication and answered any questions we had really quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful apartment

Have just spent the past 4 weeks in this beautiful apartment. Couldn’t fault it in anyway - in fact, we have already booked for next year!Communication with the owners was problem free. Property was fantastic, no complaints at all. The only thing I feel I would like to see is a black out blind in the double room, mattress and pillow protectors and comfy mattresses for the sun loungers. The property has everything else. Would definitely use again.

The complex was well maintained and in a central location for Pathos harbor and mail with easy transport links to the Theme parks and beaches. Local shop's within 5 minutes of complex.

Lovely apartment

Wonderful week at Serena Sunrise apartment.Everything you could possibly want in an apartment kitted out as home from home. Spotlessly clean beds really comfortable everything worked as it should. Supermarket very handy for bits with larger supermarket about 30 mins walk. I would personally hire car for my next stay as local buses not overly reliable but apart from that it was faultless. Great communication with Beverly host. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

Perfect apartment

The apartment met all of our needs, beds and pillows were comfortable and aided for a good nights sleep. New sofas were extremely comfortable. Complex is within a 10 minute walk from bar street so close enough to get too but far enough you don’t hear any noise at night. Communication with the hosts was impeccable. All questions and queries answered promptly. A perfect stay for us

Excellent Apartment

Very clear instructions given from the outset msking it really simple to find and get settled. Perfect little apartment for our family of 4. Very clean and tidy. The pool outside is a great size so even others were using it, thete was still plenty of room. Located within easy travel of the harbour and a few big shopping outlets. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you 😁

Great few days

Great location as we hired a car, no problem with parking, if you don’t hire a car be prepared to walk Apartment was lovely and clean and well equipped,although we felt the bathroom is in need of an update but was t detrimental to us enjoying the apartment. Pool area is great, and quiet most of the time, didn’t have any issues getting sunbeds even though we aren’t early risers . Just 1 bar with great food and cocktails nearby and 1 small supermarket for the essentials within a 5 minute walk , recommend if you’re on a late flight to ask for the care package Overall great stay for me and my friend and our 2 late teen girls …. Thankyou Would defo stay again

Top apartment in handy location with pool

There is very little to dislike about this property. It's well located, in a nice complex, with friendly neighbours; who have evidently been returning for years. The pool as was the apartment was spotlessly clean, with plenty of space to relax. The apartment has ample storage space and full amenities, just like a home from home. If I were to nit pic, then I'd say the shower pressure could have been stronger, but apart from that it had everything we needed. We are already looking to rebook!

Beautiful home from home

The apartment is spacious, light and clean. The kitchen very well equipped with anything you might need. New fridge. Even a steam mop to clean the floors after kids run in wet from the pool, to grab money for the ice cream van. The balcony is really big too with chairs and a table. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbeds. The location, a short walk from the promenade, and even closer a lovely restaurant where we dined regularly and a supermarket. Beds are comfortable, sofas are lush. Lots of tv, channels, WiFi hi speed. We loved it, will happily return any time. Thank you.

Great stay but a few minor changes could make it excellent

Nice stay. Location was good however there was lots of building works going on around the property so no chance of sleeping in past 7am. Water pressure at the property is very low which was frustrating for showering. The only other negative was the toaster which only had 1 element working so took 10 minutes to make a slice of toast. Probably worth replacing. Beds were comfortable, plenty of books to read and great TV choice. Pool was nice too but only 2 communal sunbed mattresses available on the complex. Location was great for everything, supermarkets, beach, tourist attractions and the harbour. Would stay again

Back in our happy place

Back for our annual holiday in this amazing apartment. Was lovely seeing all the new additions that have been added since our last stay. New settees were oh so comfy. New Fridge freezer was great as was the new oven. Wonder what is next on the home improvement agenda So pleased the cool box was still there, as we used it every single day. We did however have to hang a quilt cover over the curtains so it blacked out the bedroom a bit more for the early sunrise (maybe have blackout blinds/curtains fitted). Pool looked clean as usual with new sun loungers around, though we STILL haven’t been in the pool. Seemed to be a few more using the pool this year, yet we never heard anything. Amazed to see more apartments being built close by but they never impacted our stay at all. Added bonus attraction which Linda didn’t like too much was being woken in the early hours due to a 4.9 Earthquake that shook the buildings. Communication before/during and after with Beverley was 100%. Countdown for our return in 2025 has already begun.

Overall we enjoyed our recent stay in this apartment in a good location in Paphos. The complex is nice, good sized swimming pool, nice guests, some of which own their apartments. The only minor negatives which might affect some people, not enough to take the rating down from 5 stars, are that on the road outside where the balcony is, there are 2 large bins that tend to fill up very quickly after they're emptied & can look unsightly. Also there wasn't much in the way of cleaning products available when we arrived, obviously it's self catering so maybe it's expected that you buy your own stuff but a few items kept in stock in the apartment would be nice for future guests in our opinion. The contact with the owners was good throughout our stay helping to sort out any issues we had, we would return here again.
