"Rude staff- no hospitality "

"There was no fridge or minibar in my room in the middle is summer. It was less than a 3 star hotel. Very disappointed "

There is not a single chest of drawer. There was no explanation of which power switch does what. Too many staff members but not enough information. "

Totally disappointed with the food offerings and limited amenities. No luxury feel no pampering. Other than the view nothing worked for me. They need to get their game up."
