Our room was located close to the reception and from the early morning we could hear the noise from the hallway. That made sleeping after 6am hard. Breakfast was quite limited. However, location was great, fantastic swimming pools and access to the beach.

Great hotel very close to the sea!

First all of all i would like to personally thank the staff for their kindness and hospitality. They open the kitchen early on the morning and prepared a take away bag full of goodies as I was leaving the hotel early for my flight! A special thanks to Emanuela, who with her beautiful voice and personality made my holidays even more unforgettable. The swimming pools are enormous and filled with seawater...that was lovely! And the sea is just one step away equipped with sun loungers! The restaurant was fantastic with great choice of cooked fresh fish and hot pasta dishes every day. The only thing that would have this place perfect would be to have had in the room a more comfortable bed. The room was great otherwise with the sea view, good size and no noise! I will definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

Spacious resort on the seashore with grest pool

Reception bar gym lady and massage lady perfect and friendly. The restaurant had problems. Everything difficult. Even if asking no glutenfree options or bread. Not possible to get an espresso for breakfast not possible to order two glasses of wine for lunch only bottles. Breakfast not ready in time waited 20 min for coffe. Closed also before time. Not serviceminded. All the rest super!

Far overpriced for the stay. I paid £100/night. Was not expecting luxury but what I found felt about half the value. The air conditioning is controlled by a computer at reception and you have to go ask them to turn it back on every morning. Breakfast was very disappointing and they even charged a non-refundable fee of €5 for the use of a pool towel (despite telling me I’d get my €5 back when I brought the towel back). Floor was sticky and light bulbs burnt out in the room. Don’t pay more than €50/nt for this place. Barely worth that.

La mia esperienza è ottima riguardo la posizione dell hotel in generale e della camera in particolare sita al.2 piano con vista unica sul mare . Piscine ottime cosi come l accesso diretto al mare . Unica nota poco positiva è il buffet della cena.. e invece le camera molto spaziose e confortevole nel suo nterno ha solo da migliorare la qualita' del materasso. PERSONALE ATTENTO E GENTILE IN OGNI SERVIZIO E SEMPRE SORRIDENTE 😃

Bel hotel bien entretenu, très bien situé concernant l'accessibilité à la mer - belle chambre "supérieure" avec beau balcon mais propreté (ménage) de la chambre à améliorer - bonne literie - 3 belles piscines avec transats et baldaquins confortables - diners buffets variés et excellents - très pratique la possibilité de déjeuners légers au bord de la piscine - bon petit-déjeuner mais toaster pas du tout pratique, - séances de fitness efficaces dirigées par Francesca, trés sympathique et s'impliquant dans son travail - très intéressantes visites organisées par les 2 guides très professionnels et compétents de l'hotel avec présentation des visites en début de séjour - service de navette de / vers l'aèroport très pratique et ponctuel - personnel accueillant, sympathique, compétent

Complessivamente soddisfatto, grandissimi plus sono l’accesso diretto al mare con spiaggette private attrezzate e le grandi piscine. Ottima posizione. Purtroppo per la mia esperienza le camere sono poco insonorizzate, quelle al piano della reception risentono molto dei rumori degli ospiti più mattinieri (poca disponibilità della struttura a risolvere l’inconveniente). Colazione nella norma.

Esperienza incantevole a Pantelleria

Ho appena trascorso una meravigliosa vacanza presso l'hotel Mursia e non posso fare altro che elogiare questa struttura. Sin dal momento in cui ho varcato la soglia, sono stato accolto calorosamente dal personale cortese e attento, che ha reso il mio soggiorno davvero piacevole. L'hotel si trova in una posizione fantastica, circondato dalla bellezza mozzafiato di Pantelleria. La vista panoramica sul mare e sul paesaggio circostante era semplicemente incredibile, ed è stato un piacere svegliarmi ogni mattina con tale spettacolo. Le camere erano spaziose, confortevoli. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la pulizia impeccabile e il servizio di riordino quotidiano che manteneva l'ambiente sempre fresco e accogliente. Non posso dimenticare di menzionare il servizio clienti impeccabile. Il personale (Francesca su tutti) era sempre disponibile e pronto ad assistere, fornendo informazioni utili su escursioni, luoghi da visitare e attività da svolgere sull'isola. Si sono presi cura di ogni mio bisogno, garantendo un'esperienza senza preoccupazioni. In definitiva, l'hotel Mursia è un vero gioiello. Se state cercando un luogo dove rilassarvi, godere della bellezza naturale e essere coccolati, questo è il posto giusto. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci e di ripetere questa straordinaria esperienza.

Mursia, esperienza perfetta

In questa struttura meravigliosa ed accogliente abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Un letto comodo per dormire, pulizia e personale disponibile, posizione strategica e una colazione con una vista suggestiva. Ringrazio in particolare la manager ed il suo staff che sono stati di una disponibilità e gentilezza infinita.
