"The view is absolutely incredible and the pool is nice. However, unfortunately we had a bad experience. The property does not seem to have wifi and the restaurant does not appear to be operational. We were unable to get a Gojek, so you'll need transport. Communication with staff was challenging. The pathway to the beach (not a private beach) and village was also challenging. The room - especially the bathroom - could have done with a clean. "

"I was booked the hotel for my friend, he told me his stay at AlZara hotel was fine, pretty basic 3 star hotel. Very disappointing that they did NOT serve breakfast, you have to order via online food delivery. The staff are friendly enough, even though they staring at you sometimes, because obviously not many western stay in the hotel. "
