"I booked 3 rooms in this hotel for me and my sisters…we asked all 3 rooms to be on the same level and it’s no problem at all for the hotel…we had nice time and all the staff are very friendly and polite. We had a ‘bit’ of confusion at the end of our stay but Ken, the duty manager on the day had explained the confusion and he handled the minor incident very professionally. Thank you, Ken…you are an asset for Jambuluwuk Hotel Malioboro for your outstanding hospitality! All our rooms are clean and always have all the amenities. Nice location as it’s near Malioboro! "A stop was lovely. The walls were very thin and because they only give you one key there’s people constantly banging on doors to be let in this happened all through the night. It was quite annoying. Also, you need a key to get in the elevator so every time one of us would leave you’d have to go down to get them because the key was also your electricity. Definitely needs to be sprayed. There were quite a few roaches, but overall the hotel was kept up very nicely"
