"Stayed there with family and kids. We were not expecting much from this hotel as we were only there to sleep...
Sheets were stained, beds are OK if you are 4ft tall.
The main problem for us was with the frontdesk staff blasting music over their phone speaker until 3:30 AM, we had to politely ask them if they could use their earphones at least 6 times but they did not seem to see the problem....anyhow if you are looking for a hotel to stay in this area the comfort inn is slightly more expensive...

After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead.

Since it was late and we couldn't find another place to stay, we paid for one night and then left. The room was rather shabby, and you could hear the trains all night. "I have stayed at this hotel many times. Suitability situated centrally, easy to get to all the tourist sites. Available taxis a close to the metro and railway stations.The staff at the hotel were welcoming. Our check in was smooth and quick. It would have been better if they do the necessary paperwork for both our booking on our first visit. This will save time on our second checkin. The housekeeping staff was always pleasant. The room was clean. The breakfast has limited variety but always fresh with options to meet your special diet needs. The food at their restaurant was always fresh and tasty. We were never disappointed with any of our choices at the restaurant. It must be noted that hotel guests enjoy at discounted rate at the in house restaurant. The staff are attentive and assist guest with local travels by arranging taxis. A special thank you to Luke for always being ready help with a smile. A big thank you to Vikas Parab who resolved minor issues professionally. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who want to be in central Mumbai"
