"This hotel is in a very beautiful area. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains and the room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was great and included in our stay. There was only one restaurant on site and you pretty much had to get everything from the restaurant such as any snacks, wine, etc. That would be my only knock on the hotel. It would have been nice to have a little market nearby on the property or at least a vending machine. Otherwise, we have no complaints whatsoever. Great place."

However, rather than refund my deposit and leave me to find alternative accommodation he found me an alternative property in Altaussee and made all the arrangements. The alternative property was fantastic, very close to the lake, and we had a fantastic holiday in beautiful Altaussee."
