Excellent service provided by the staff! Very nice location, food is absolutely customised, which is superb!
Very close to Madla gate of Panna Tiger Reserve! Wonderful experience.
We had a nice, large room with views over the river, but it was a little worn and needed refurbishment.
The bathroom was okay, but the shower water covered the floor and needed drying.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the Manager sorted out a problem with our safari booking, that had been made by a private agent for us.
The dining room staff spoke little English, and were not very helpful. They did not keep the room very clean either.
There are only two relatively good premium rooms with one shared terrace in the main building facing the river Ken. Other rooms are poor. Delux rooms in cottages are very bad and dirty. The territory is not clean and garbage in everywhere especially along the perimeter of the property. Food is good. Service is poor.
