Brand new 5 bedroom 3.5 bath 2700 sq. ft house that can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. Centrally located with access to Bryce and Zion National Parks, Cedar Breaks and Brian Head, Duck Creek Village and Escalante/Grand Staircase National Monument.

Fastest available wifi throughout the house. Well-stocked kitchen with 8-seat dining area and 4 bar stools, 2 large family rooms with 50" TVs, large-capacity washer and dryer in laundry room, landscaped backyard with pavilion, firepit, BBQ, horseshoes and outdoor games, including cornhole and spike ball. Game room with foosball and connect 4 games. Close to hiking, fishing and other outdoor activities. Layout includes:

-Main level family room with 50" Roku TV and gas fireplace.

  • The Gem Theatre (previously known as Kinema Theatre, Hub Theatre) was built in 1909. In 1924, one of the reels of film got stuck in the projector and caught fire, igniting a full reel in the lower magazine. Only the outer shell of the theater survived the fire. The Kinema was rebuilt "as near fireproof as possible" and reopened in 1924. The Kinema Theatre was renamed the Hub Theatre in 1928. In 1933, the theatre was renovated and renamed it the Gem Theatre. After the advent of television, the theater could not attract large enough crowds to pay film rental fees. The Gem Theatre closed about 1986. The title of the last movie, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, remained on the marquee for ten years as the theater sat idle. Sometime after this the theater was again damaged by fire. Mark Childs, owner of Childs Construction, and his wife Heather, a retired dancer, purchased the Gem Theatre in April 2010, after moving to Panguitch from Henderson, Nevada.  After replacing the building's fire-damaged roof, the Childs rebuilt the Gem Theatre's interior and reopened it on 28 May 2011. #OnTheRoad

Priceless memories with family under one roof!

The location was great to visit Bryce and Zion. Loved all of the amenities in the house- fireplaces inside and out, games, 3.5 bathrooms, coffee and more!

Awesome place to stay!

This home was so comfortable for our family. It was nice and clean and very roomy. It was close to Bryce Canyon and Red Rock Canyon which we enjoyed visiting while we were at Panguitch, UT. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

Panguitch Paradise House was perfect for our family reunion/vacation. Easy to get to both Bryce and Zion, and some of the other smaller & less crowded canyons for exploring. We highly recommend it and would love to come back again!

A wonderful layout with downstairs and upstairs master bedrooms. The kitchen, dining and livingroom area is roomy and makes everyone feel connected. It also has a large washer and dryer. We had a fabulous time! Would recommend to anyone wanting to go to Bryce or Zion National Parks!

Bryce Getaway

The house was beautiful with a spacious kitchen and family room area. About 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Place near Bryce Canyon

Property is new and very clean. Only about a 30 min drive to Bryce Canyon. The beds were comfortable, linens were clean and soft, and the kitchen had everything needed. Would absolutely stay again. The host was super great to communicate with!

Perfect place

Amazing stay

We came here to go out to Bryce and Zion and enjoy the area. This house was the perfect thing for us. It was super clean, the beds were comfortable, there was a ton of space and the kitchen was well equipped. Mike was super easy to reach and had lots of great suggestions for the area. This was a high water mark of our trip.

Perfect stay near Bryce Canyon

Great home, perfect for our group. Loved the backyard gazebo with fire pit/table. Having a pantry to use during our stay was very convenient. Very quick communication with the host and had great suggestions for hikes. We would highly recommend and if we come this way again we would come back here!

Great house

There was room in this house for our whole family of 10. We loved that it had king beds in it and then bunkbeds and a queen bed, also it was a perfectly equipped kitchen, great backyard and the host and hostess were so accommodating and responded very quickly to any question. Panguitch is such a fun place to be.

This is a comfortable, roomy, new house. I don’t know how our host could have made our family reunion (9 adults) more enjoyable. Great base camp for hiking in Bryce, Zion, and Escalante. Highly recommend this home!

7 mos to 70 yrs old our group loved it

Tastefully decorated with a well appointed kitchen this house was less than 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It was full of fun surprises: huge soaking tub in the master, bar height gas fire pit on the patio, foosball table upstairs, sunny side patio, and many more little touches that say the hosts enjoy having you there.

The property was even better than expected! It is truly lovely and so comfortable. The location was perfect for our activities and it was a pleasure to have time at the house afterwards. The owners checked in to ensure we had all we needed, which was quite thoughtful. If we are back, we definitely hope to stay again.

Panguitch Paradise home aptly named

The house was spacious, beautiful, immaculately clean, and comfortable. Panguitch is a lovely town and really perfectly situated. The shops and restaurants were very good (we went to Cowboy Smokehouse twice!) and we had an easy drive to Bryce Canyon from there. Also an easy drive to Grand Staircase, Zion, Kodachrome Basin State Park (which we loved), etc...especially since the lovely scenery makes the driving worthwhile. We've stayed in dozens of rental homes for vacation over the years...this house was easily on of the best. Highly recommend!!!

Simply one of the best houses we have ever stayed at!

This house was nothing less than amazing. We stayed 4 days to hike at Bryce Canyon National Park. Easy 20-minute drive to there from the house. We had 3 couples, and the house was perfect for us. 4 bedrooms, bunk room, 3 1/2 baths, two living rooms, large kitchen and dining room, full laundry room, and a very nice outside gazebo area. The town had all the amenities we needed and had a couple of very good restaurants. This is just a wonderful home, and we had a fantastic stay. Would recommend this home to anyone wanting to go to Bryce Canyon.

Family trip to Bryce Canyon

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was close to downtown Panguitch. There was plenty of room to spread out for each family. Beds were comfortable. It was clean and delivered as advertised. Hosts were easy to contact. Bryce was only 30 minutes away. Capital Reef was 2 hours away. Wonderful location for hiking and great Mountain View’s.

Excellent Property and Location

This property was great. We stayed here with two 5-person families. Has two master-type bedrooms with attached bathrooms and king beds (the upstairs one has bunk beds in it). This made it great for two families with a big kitchen table to gather around. It was perfect for our group. We would stay here again. The home is super clean and in a new, quiet neighborhood. I love when they turn out this good. Thanks again!!!

Best family house in Panguitch!

New, clean home on the cutest side street in Panguitch! Everything was set up to cook, sleep, do laundry and play (so many outdoor activities). We loved visiting Bryce, Red Canyon and Panguitch Lake. Our only disappointing realization is the limited places to eat in town that are actually open. We enjoyed the Bistro but the service was very, very slow and short staffed. Overall, our visit was awesome and the home was perfect!

Gorgeous Home! Great Location!

First off - the home is absolutely gorgeous! The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with! We had NO issues while staying there and my kids were able to spread out and relax! (Laundry room is to die for!) SO COMFORTABLE! It's in a new development, so not everything is done there, but didn't affect us. It's VERY close to food and the amazing town of Panguitch! LOTS OF HISTORY HERE! Stop in the cemetary and pay respects to some Pioneers! This was our jumping point to Bryce and it was perfect. Took an evening hike, "Birdseye Trail" in the Red Canyon. Next day, hit Bryce. GREAT breakfast at The Flying Goat and delicious dinner at the Cowboy Smokehouse. This was a truly great spot. Lots of space, beautiful home, easy to get to places. LOVED IT!
