"A very nice, affordable, decent-sized, rustic country home to stay in while visiting Bryce Canyon for a few days. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it really convenient. The kitchen was very well stocked with essentials and extras needed for cooking meals. "Had a little mix up at first , reserved a 1ueen bed and got to the room and it was 2 double beds,talked with the lady at the desk and she was absolutely awesome gave us a king room upgrade at no charge, room was decent for the $55 price,very friendly staff just a all around great place to stay if your looking for a simple no frill place to relax"

"Broken window this size of about a basketball still not fixed in master bedroom. No attempt to even fix this. This allowed rain and dust to get in while you sleep. Your belongings will be dirty and dusty. The front door lock would not work, attempted numerous times to contact management to get back in, we had to pull the AC unit from the window by the door so my teenage son ( who just got out of the ER) could climb thru it and unlock the front door se we could get in.
