Excellent way to host those a little less outdoorsy and get them exposed to trout fishing. The dock gives you a very manageable space to teach people how to fish and a safe space to launch kayaks. The house is very comfortable and can accommodate several couples with ease.

Front door code did not work to unlock door or lock door when wanting secure house. Only issue with house. Had te replace propane gas for grill ran out of propane on first use
