"Room wasn’t serviced everyday which was disappointing - apparently you have to ask at reception but often there was no-one on reception. Rooms and bathrooms were ok. "

"Room very comfortable beds&pillow great, quiet room 332 even opposite lift. The breakfast was superb, have never had so much choice of breakfast, outstanding. Staff very helpful and accomodating. Overall the best stay in Aalborg or other hotels ive been to in Europe."

"The room was cold the first night. I do not like you have to go over several steps to actually enter the hotel with your luggage. There is no ramp or small elevator. Just steps … 7-10 steps to haul your luggage."

"La salle de bain était propre mais vieillotte. Les portes devraient être rénovées. Il y avait 2 cheveux noirs à l’intérieur du lit. Le personnel d’entretien devrait porter des coiffes. Nous avons très bien dormi, les matelas sont parfaits 💫"
