Place awful roaches in the dinning room. A big one in the gym, beds mattress very poor quality, very uncomfortable, holes on the wall. Front desk people give wrong information…. No good

Avoid this place.
The desk service was poor. I asked for an extra pillow and the women looked as if I was putting her out. Never got that pillow after she said she would send it. I asked for hangers and an extra key card for myself and had to call back twice. The bed was old and hard and I couldn't sleep. Furniture was sparse. Finally checked out early. We were told because we reserved through Hotels.com there would be no refund. Avoid this place like the plague.

Great quality/price hotel
Good location, very near to the main touristic places of Panama City. The breakfast was the same every day, but good. Beds in good condition, bathroom in good condition but it could be better having more towels. It was a great quality/price choice in Panama City.

I want my money to be returned, because if this does not happen was to go to justice for moral damages and also disclose on the social networks the poor service of this hotel. I booked two days so my family could rest and have breakfast. delea's flight arrived before 7 am and the transfer took more than two hours to pick them up at the airport. When they arrived at the hotel they learned that they would have to leave the hotel at 13.30 pm because they would not have moved later, and their flight would only be at 20.00 hours. That is, I paid two days for their comfort and one of the guests is already over 65 years old to only stay 4 hours in the hotel. I will sue if this shipment does not return my money

The location is great. The property needs updating in many ways starting with the rooms. There needs to be more attention to detail. I found things in drawers that should have been cleaned out and breakfast could have been better. The staff was very friendly except for check-in, they couldn't find my reservation...

Older hotel but perfectly clean and acceptable. We chose it because it was very close to where we needed to be and it worked out fine. We appreciated the parking area and the good breakfast.

Included transportation from Panama City (PTY) Airport. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was a nice "bonus." Actually met the owner and his family. Definitely going to go back.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly. The free shuttle was not available when we arrived at the airport as promised. The restaurant was terrible. Dinner menue was not good. Free breakfast was very good.

This is close to one of the subway stations, and not far from all kinds of eateries. We didn't get to enjoy the free breakfast this time, but have stayed at this hotel before and they serve a nice breakfast.

I would like to ask Expedia team to fix hotel features description because you state free airport shuttle and in fact we must pay for that. Additionally advise the customer to call the hotel and ask about shuttle times because it is 4:30 or 7:30 which is too bad for the trip.

The hot breakfast items were cold, no matter what time you got there. If something runs out it’s out. There was also a roach crawling all over the bread on day two.

4 Day stay
Great location. Walkable to shopping and great restaurants. Beautiful church close by. The Traffic is a bit loud and staying over the pool can get a little overwhelming at night when you are trying to rest and people are singing at the top of their lungs, but its all part of the experience! The bed was very comfortable and the TV worked great. Its a little different having to put your key in the wall to get the AC going so it was always rough coming back after a really hot day to a hot hotel room but it cools off quickly
