The home was clean, in a convenient location, and we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth, but there weren’t any instructions for things like where to take the trash, what to do with linens, or where to leave the keys at checkout.The A/C in the primary bedroom wasn’t working, but I didn’t notify the host, so that’s on me. We also couldn’t access the pool or other amenities, which we thought were included. I wasn’t planning to use them, but was curious to check them out—again, I didn’t reach out to the host.The beds and linens were quite minimal, and the couch was uncomfortable—it felt like there was a metal bar under the seat, so we had to sit on a pillow.Overall, the stay was good, but a few small improvements and clearer communication could make it much more comfortable for future guests.
