INTRODUCING "TRUE BLUE PENTHOUSE" views! RENOVATED! FRESH furnishings, bedding, new floors, paint ,rugs, TVs including a 65"4K, Upgraded HD! The resort is AMAZING with Restaurants, Coffee Shop, 5 Pools(1Heated 86^) 2 oversized hot tubs, convention center with scheduled events, 2 story fitness room with views of the GULF! HURRY to ensure you get your desired dates!
The space
You will have this entire PENTHOUSE condo to yourself during your stay! Extra tall ceilings and windows galore show off the TRUE BLUE GULF VIEWS!!!
Guest access
You will be given a private code to enter during your stay! You will have access to all resort amenities. There is a separate resort fee of ($70) paid upon arrival. RESORT SPECIAL FOR JAN/FEB 2023- HALF OFF ($35).
Other things to note
Plan on a 5-10 min walk to pools, beach, and parking garage.
Longer stays will require a deep clean fee of $350
There are NO Pets or Smoking allowed in the condo- $350 penalty
There are no REFUNDS or CONCESSIONS however we make things right please report any cleaning or maintenance issues immediately.
From time to time there could be maintenance or enhancements at the resort which are of no fault to the Owner.

Family getaway
The entire rental process was extremely easy. Marianne was fantastic to work with regarding the booking as well as communication. Condo was fantastic and views amazing. Only downside is long wait times for elevators.

Wonderful condo with a view!
We had a lovely experience staying here. The whole place was wonderful, beautiful views from the balcony. When we had an issue it was taken care of within the hour. Only downside was the elevator situation but that was minor, we will definitely return!
