We enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints here communication was great check in went smooth. We had the 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids and it fit us great with GREAT VIEW! Got to even see dolphins swimming off our balcony. We definitely will be back and would love to stay here again next year for spring break!

Quick Get Away

Just needed a break from the winter at home and decided to come down for a few days. While it was a stormy and cooler trip than we are used to we still enjoyed our trip here at Splash. The pool area is unmatched, and the heated pool was very much a necessity for us to enjoy our trip.

We had the best time and have zero complaints. The condo is well stocked and the view is amazing! Bring your binoculars for early morning dolphin and other sea creature watching. We anticipated elevator issues based on other reviews of the property, but never had an issue and we were there during the busy July season.

Great place for family

We had trouble a couple of times with our door code but the owner replied back to our messages very quickly to resolve the problem. Everything was exactly like described and the pictures. My son loved the hot tub and kid water play area. Also it has a restaurant by the open pool (riptides I think) very good food. The chairs and umbrella at the beach coat $100 daily but it was included in the room cost so that’s a good extra bonus

Beautiful view and perfect setup for a family of 4. Bring your own coffee, coffee filters, and salt and pepper. There is literally nothing from previous occupants (which I wasn’t prepared for). Everything you need (beach, pool, grocery store, restaurants) is within a couple miles. We had a blast!

Amazing Fall Break

We really enjoyed our stay again this week at the Splash. The condo was nice and clean, was stocked with everything you needed. The air went out on day 2, the owner was quick sending someone to fix it, unfortunately it couldn't be fixed the whole week so the owner offered to refund our whole amount so we could find somewhere else to stay with AC or give us 1/2 back if we stayed. We decided to stay and was happy the owner made this situation right. We would definitely stay at this condo again!!!!

We were so pleased when checking into this unit. The condo was very clean, nothing needed attention. Every need was anticipated with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. The view from the balcony was spectacular! There was nothing I feel needed to be improved. A+++ Also, we never waited more than a minute for the elevator, very fast. We will be back!

The Best trip!

The hotel was nice. The room was fantastic! It had everything we needed to have the best week. The master bedroom had a FIRM bed but we still worked. We would definitely stay here again. It was a great location. Checkin and out was simple, parking was a breeze. The amenities were all working and held all of our kids attention for the whole week. We loved being able to use the chairs at the beach that were provided. My only suggestion would be to bring a mattress pad or extra cushion for the pull out couch. It was pretty rough but the smaller kids didnt seem to mind, an older or child or adult would feel all the springs. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Communication was super quick as well.

Splash experience

We loved the location of the property. Loved the balcony. It was nice having the extra storage space in the bedroom. Also loved having restaurants in the vicinity of the pools. It definitely needs to be cleaned better. The corners of the rooms were dirty. There was a lot of dust around the bunk beds. The rug in the living room was full of sand. The area around the water and ice dispenser was moldy. My little granddaughter is actually the one who looked up there and seen it. And we were never able to get in the hot tub because most of the time there was about 20 or more people in it. It was never enforced to have the correct number of people in it. The water in the kids play area where the bucket is was very cold.

The place was just digustingly dirty. We were barefoot in the apartment thinking it was clean butnour feet were BLACK after unloading our suitcases and settling in. The towels were very tiny and very old. Fortunately we had beach towels with us so I used them instead of her bath towels which weren't big enough for a kid. The silver wear was dirty. There was mold in thw showers. I will attach photos. Just don't go to this location if you like clean rooms and towels.

The room was super nice! Very convenient having a washer and dryer in the room, saved us from bringing a ton of clothes. Also super nice having 2 bathrooms so we didnt have to share with the kids. We had an amazing time and will definitely look to book again in the future.
