Amazing

We enjoyed our stay very much. No complaints here communication was great check in went smooth. We had the 6 of us 2 adults and 4 kids and it fit us great with GREAT VIEW! Got to even see dolphins swimming off our balcony. We definitely will be back and would love to stay here again next year for spring break!

Quick Get Away

Just needed a break from the winter at home and decided to come down for a few days. While it was a stormy and cooler trip than we are used to we still enjoyed our trip here at Splash. The pool area is unmatched, and the heated pool was very much a necessity for us to enjoy our trip.

19th floor

At no fault to the owner, the association needs to to a little work. Outdoor paint touch up, especially on the doors. Need to clean better were you get on the elevator.

Great place for family

We had trouble a couple of times with our door code but the owner replied back to our messages very quickly to resolve the problem. Everything was exactly like described and the pictures. My son loved the hot tub and kid water play area. Also it has a restaurant by the open pool (riptides I think) very good food. The chairs and umbrella at the beach coat $100 daily but it was included in the room cost so that’s a good extra bonus

We just left after a long weekend at Splash. The room was clean and very nice, perfect for our family of four. The resort was awesome, the kids had a blast! We will definitely be back!!

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I will say is that a few things need to be replenished and the cleaning could be a bit better. There was no dish soap in the kitchen and there wasn’t any extra toilet paper. Also no cleaning supplies, like Lysol. There was also sand in our sheets and on the bunk bed steps and bunk bed base boards. Overall we did have a good time. After we bought Clorox wipes and swept and vacuumed, I felt a bit better.

Great room at a great price!!

This was our 2nd year staying at Splash and we loved the room, it was a lot more spacious than our first year, which was still nice. We loved the full kitchen and the complimentary beach chairs every day of our stay! Would definitely recommend!! Owner was quick in correspondence and super sweet, too! 😊
