If you need more space we also have a newly acquired condo is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit (also located on the second floor), providing breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with linens and supplies. The location on the beach was wonderful. Also the unit is very convenient for parking and so close to the garage as well easy to walk down to beach. The pools are also very nice. We had a great time

Fall vacation

Perfect location and beautiful condo for our anniversary vacation in October! Loved being on the 2nd floor with no need for elevators. Everything was great including the weather! Owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We will look at their 2 bedroom next time and invite some friends down.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo to celebrate my 60th birthday - the condo was as awesome as the pics showed and the location was perfect! Being on the 2nd floor made it a breeze for getting to the beach and the car - and the beach view was spectacular!!! We will definitely be back!!

Amazing condo with a beautiful

The owners have went above and beyond to make your time here feel like home. New flooring, new furniture and everything you need to cook in the full kitchen. This unit being on the second floor eliminates the need for the elevators. Located right above the bar and grill, only one floor from food and drinks. Overall, great stay!!!

Mike was an awesome host. Had issue with condo not being clean. He checked out issue then deducted cleaning fee an had housekeeper come clean. Fabulous condo beautifully decorated a great location. Highly recommend will rent again

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I had a great beach vacation staying in Tidewater 208. The room was just as described on the listing, and it had absolutely everything we could need to make our stay enjoyable. The hosts were communicative and always responded in a timely fashion. The ease of being on the second floor (the same floor as the parking garage walkover bridge) can be overlooked as unimportant, but it truly did make a huge difference in how easy it is to get on and off the property, as sometimes the elevators can take a while to get to you. We would absolutely stay here again!

7 day getaway

We stayed the middle of April and lucked out with the weather. The condo was perfect for us. Having the condo on the 2nd floor was game changing. We took steps down to 1st floor and beach access - no elevators! The condo was classy - clean - modern - comfortable - secure. We love the balcony and balcony furniture. Tidewater does a good job with daily maintenance/upkeep and security presence. We would defiantly stay again.

Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. You couldn't ask for a better location. Close to Pier Park and a short Uber ride to anywhere else you may want to go! This second level stay was PERFECT for walking down to the beach without waiting for the elevator, however the room is located near the check in area and many travelers are passing by the room with their carts to get to the elevators which is quite noisy. We used my noise machine to help drown out the excess noise. The place was equipped with toiletries, towels/beach umbrella, and any dishware you may need for your stay. Beautiful view of the beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Needs attention

I will say the property has a million dollars view. The living room and kitchen are nice. That’s it. The bed is one of the worse We’ve ever slept on..even the pillows were hard. The ceiling dams had so much dirt / dust on them we could not use them..literally hanging off the sides of the blades. Probably would not stay here again.

The location of this place is awesome. Just minutes from pier park and it has a Marcos directly across the street. 2nd floor location was nice because it limited elevator time. The onsite restaurant is probably less than 50 steps away and it was really good. Definitely recommend this place.
