More the 4 guests will be a $125 charge each and must be approved in writing before check-in. More than 4 without approval may result in eviction.
Do not leave sliding glass/entry door while AC on. Damage will occur to unit and humidity will cause mold growth. You will be charged for the damage
Due to condensation issues with interior pipes and ductwork, we ask the AC unit be kept at 70 degrees or higher while occupied and 76 when departing.
