Always a Great Stay!

This is our 3rd trip to A9 at Sugar Beach! It is always clean and tidy with everything we need. It has an awesome location and plenty of space for our family! Can't wait to be back!

Great family get together

Once again A9 provided a great beach getaway. We have loved sugar beach for years and it never disappoints. Roddy Slaughter was so helpful as an owner and responded quickly to our questions allowing an early check in. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Location is convenient to Thomas Dr. Condo very clean, excellent amenities, construction in parking lot not an issue. Safe and secure. Will be back for another stay.

Family vacation

We loved our stay in A9! So convenient to the beach and pool, without those aggravating elevator and parking issues we’ve experienced with the high rise condos. We’ve stayed at sugar beach a few times over the years, but this was by far our best stay. Our adult children kept bragging about the convenience of this property. We loved it. We had a few minor issues, but Roddy was so easy to deal with and made everything go smoothly. Would definitely recommend this property

Fun in PCB!

Our family (5 adults, 1 four year old and 1 one year old) spent the last week of July at Roddy’s 4 bedroom townhouse and it was perfect for us. The location is perfect - steps from the pool, steps from the beach and a nice gulf view. The property was fully equipped, Roddy was easy to communicate with and we even had an umbrella and 2 lounges at the beach included in the cost! One really nice aspect is we’re between 2 high rise condo buildings, so the beach was pretty crowded on either side, but our “patch” of beach in front of our buildings wasn’t crowded at all! We met some nice people staying at different units and thoroughly enjoyed our week at the beach. We would definitely come back and rent A-9 again!!

The condo was super night. You could see the beach from the balconies and it was a short walk to get there. We loved the grill area also!

Beach livin'

Right off the beach with easy access to everything we needed and wanted. Thankful for the included chair rentals. Kitchen also had all we needed. Great week and great place. We will be back!

Sugar beach

We have stayed at sugar beach many times in last 30 years. Like some of the improvements they have made on the condos. Not a fan of club house only being open until 10. We usually have several condos rented for family and friends and use club house for dinners together. Closing that early we can’t even get a good football game watched till the end.

Sugar Beach-new memories

We had a wonderful time at A5. The accommodations were excellent and the location made getting to the beach so easy. Our family’s first visit to Sugar Beach was almost 50 years ago. A lot has changed but all for the better. This was a great trip. We will return! Thanks, Roddy

Fantastic Location!!

Very happy with our stay! Fantastic location with restaurants, shops, stores and activities all within walking distance. We felt safe there, very secure and everyone was super nice. The owner is very easy to work with! Would stay again!

Communication with the owner was excellent. He reached out to me a few days before my arrival to personally make sure I had received my check-in documentation and resent it just in case I hadn't. If you book a beach vacation and are overly critical of the condo, then I think you have your priorities a bit mixed up :D The condo met our needs and largely all our expectations. The space was clean, the beds were all comfortable and the AC worked great :). Spent most of our time on the beach which is amazing! Condo included one set of beach chairs (2) and an umbrella. Ended up renting another set (7 adults in our party) for the week, which is a bet pricey, but they are comfortable. There was only a couple MINOR things that could have improved/repaired but they did not impact our stay one bit. Mostly cosmetic things. From a communication with the owner before I went down, I know he's working on some of these cosmetic things and probably more.
