If you're looking for a quiet place on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, this is it. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. The outside balcony overlooks the sandy beach and is equipped with table and chairs for dining as well. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, the LR has a queen size sleeper sofa which will sleep one child. This is a no smoking unit, a comfortable unit for your stay away from home!

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The property is close enought to walk to the boardwalk, and we love that. The room was clean and has a beautiful room. The host responds quickly to messages. This was our second time staying there and enjoyed it very much. The husband and I can't wait to come back.

This was a very cute and decorated Vrbo. It was clean and close to everything. Good supply of pots and pans, dishes etc.. the owners were very prompt in returning texts when I contacted them. The only thing is they only supply limited bath towels, toilet paper and paper towels. There are washer and dryers on the property so wasn’t a deal breaker. Just remember to bring paper supplies if planning to stay very long. Overall I would stay there again. The views were amazing!

Location is right on the beach, beautiful view Within walking distance to restaurants & the Pier. Condo was clean, kitchen is well stocked & has up to date appliances. Great TV selections for the nights we stayed in. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

My daughter and I booked this for our annual beach vacation and it was great. The place was right on the beach and within walking distance of all the activities. The condo, room and building, were clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a beach stay.

Nice and quiet

My wife and I stayed and loved the place. Unit was very clean. Carpet in living room and bed room felt like it was brand new. Over all we would definitely stay here again.

Older, yet quaint, beach front property. Ideal location for access to Aaron Bessant Park and Emerald Coast Cruzin! Will definitely try to stay here in the spring!

Birthday Getaway

We had a great time at the condo. Awesome view. Sunsets were perfect while we were there. We were stressless on the balcony as we drank our coffee and watched the waves on the breaks. The condo was perfect for us and was clean and airy. We enjoyed every second.

Best Condo on the Beach

We love staying at the Polynesian Village and this is our favorite condo. 206 is very clean, comfortable and stocked with all the essentials. The owner is wonderful as she let us reschedule last minute due to a death in the family.

Quiet, great beach access, great location... We enjoyed our stay. The room could use a deep clean, but we made the best of it by doing a little cleaning ourselves. We will definitely be back!

Honeymoon

Me and my husband just got married. It was the perfect location not to far of a walk to pier park and other locations. AMAZING view. One trip we will absolutely never forget. Very easy checking in process and the host are super friendly and will answer any questions you have within a couple minutes of asking.

Enjoyable

We like quiet and relaxing places. This is the place (as long as it’s not Thunder Beach time). Being right on the beach with access to the pool across the street is great. You can walk down to Pier Park in about 5 minutes. Walmart is also only about a 5 minute drive.

Great location, affordable, nice unit.

This property was very well taken care of and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. I have stayed in several units in this complex, bathrooms ventilation in all is not great leading to some issues but not the owners fault. This was one of the nicest units. Can’t wait to come back!

End of summer get away.

I've been coming to the panhandle to vacation for over 35 years and this was one of the top 5 places I've had the pleasure to stay at. The owners were wonderful to deal with, responded quickly to any questions. Checking in was a breeze. We had a second floor unit and the view of the beach and the ocean were spectacular. The unit was clean and well appointed, we will be back again next year.

On the beach

The location is perfect! No smoking in this unit but plenty of smoking of everything goes on, on the balconies of other units which was not enjoyable but we loved the views of the ocean. Due to it not being a smoke free building we would not stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay in your unit. We did have a great time.

Stunning view from the balcony!

We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. We enjoyed the kitchen and balcony quite a bit, but otherwise did not spend a lot of time inside the house. The property is not pet friendly, but the beach is very much so. We love dogs so we did not mind it at all. Military planes were flying over twice a day during our stay, about 10am and 5pm. My husband loved it; for me it was a bit too loud at times. Bring your own umbrella and folding chairs. Great clean and comfortable place!

Nice little stay

The condo was nice, perfect for the two of us. The view was great the proximity to pier park was nice. Easy access to the beach and the property was clean and well maintained. It wasn’t crowded when we were there but we stayed in late august. The two things we were disappointed about, that wasn’t really under the control of the owner and therefore didn’t deserve a deduction in stars,was the almost constant smell of either cigarette smoke or pot on the balcony and the sound of the traffic at night. However there was a couple that lived there that was just the nicest people and they made our stay so much better.

Small Clean Condo

Condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It was very clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. It is small and would not want to stay with more people but was perfect for 2. It is in walking distance to Pier Park. We did walk but it was extremely hot so we took a Uber back. Dusty’s Oyster restaurant is across the street and has great oysters and wings. The only complaint I have is someone was smoking on the property and it drove my allergies crazy. No fault to this condo owner. Would definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Great place and location

Wonderful time. Beautiful view of fireworks. Coach was a little uncomfortable. A touch musky smell. Although, Cleanliness was above excellent! Kind of wish they had elevators to second floor. Didn’t mind the stairs except in loading and unloading suitcases etc. people next door were smoking on the balcony last night so we had to distance ourselves in porch. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Would do it again.

Easy Access to the Beach!

This is our first time staying at Polynesian Village. We usually stay in a high-rise and this is far better. The easy access to our car and the beach was amazing. We stayed on the second floor (beach side, not across the street), which was not a problem for us (there isn't an elevator). There is a pool, it is located across the street with the other units. This unit is great for 2 people. If you are considering more, just know you'll be "close" together. The unit itself was pretty clean, I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. I replaced the plastic shower curtain because the one there was covered in soap scum and some mildew. This wasn't a big deal to me, I was going to the store anyway (cost me $3). Due the humidity and the carpet, there is a slight musty/mildew smell. This was not bad at all, but if you're picky, that may bother you. The couch wasn't great, the cushions kept sliding out/off. The bed is firm, but not bad. The sheets had a few small holes. When taking the sheets off before we left, the mattress pad definitely needed to be placed (many stains). There is onsite coin laundry (2 washers $2.25, 2 dryers $2.00), so take quarters if need to do laundry. Bottom line- would I stay here again, yes. There wasn't anything that was a deal breaker for me. We spent most of our time on the beach and balcony. However, if you are picky, this may not be the place for you.
