Ocean Escape Flat is Rosemary Beach's only 2-story, 3-bedroom flat.

Laid-back textiles and a relaxed, yet refined palette make for a vacation vibe we love in the living room. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and choose from casual dining atop the breakfast bar or something more formal in the adjacent dining room. A thoughtfully added desk in the living room is the perfect location for virtual meetings or schoolwork.

This unique property sleeps 8 comfortably. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. A children's bunk room is also on the main floor with two bunks (four twins). The second floor tower king bedroom shares a main floor bathroom with this bunkroom.

Ocean Escape's deep balcony allows for plenty of lounging and dining space to enjoy the breeze off the Gulf of Mexico.

Overlooking St. Augustine Green, the Flats are a short stroll to the Splash Pad, Cabana Pool and playground or the Butterfly Garden. Property includes 4 complimentary adult bikes along with access to Rosemary Beach Fitness and Tennis.
