Come and enjoy Nautical Blue located in the quaint community of St. Joe Beach and only steps to the beach! This amazing home features nautical décor, quartz and onyx counter tops, beautiful hardwood floors and porcelain tile throughout. Our spacious home, sugary white sands, friendly locals and small crowds are sure to make a memorable vacation for the whole family. There is no need to pack or shop for those beach accessories! Included with this rental are beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags, wagon, cooler, beach umbrellas and beach toys! Nautical Blue offers plenty of parking in the driveway and underneath the house. An outdoor shower is available for your use with hot and cold water. As you enter the home on the first level, you are greeted with a family room filled with much to do. Guests will have fun playing pool, ping pong, darts, board games, watch television and even play a classic arcade game! Yes, that's right - 60 classics to choose from like Pacman, Donkey Kong and others! Also located on the first level is a full bath and bedroom with queen bed and access to the private outdoor pool & hot tub. On the second level, guests will enjoy two master bedrooms each with its own television, comfortable queen size bed with quality bedding, French doors to the balcony and a luxurious en suite equipped with a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower. Also located on the second level are two kid's rooms each with 3 tier built-in bunk beds, a television and a shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have access to the 2nd floor balcony. As guests make their way up to the third level, they will find an elegant and roomy open floor plan perfect for entertaining with beautiful large windows and French doors. The living room has a television, two comfortable sitting areas and a nice oversized sleeper sofa. An updated and fully equipped kitchen has all that you need to cook up a great meal with plenty of counter space that can seat up to 7. The large dining room table can seat up to 8. Not far from the dining table is another sitting area with another comfy sleeper sofa and television. In addition to the living space on the third level, you can also enjoy the sitting area and gas grill on the balcony. Guests will be pleased with the flickering of the gorgeous gas lanterns on the balcony that help add relaxation to a fun filled day. This spacious and tastefully decorated home has plenty of room to easily accommodate 16 guests. So come and enjoy all that Nautical Blue and its location has to offer!

Excellent Vacation Stay

There were 5 of us and our dog, Ramona! We had the best time and the place was huge! Loved the 3rd floor kitchen with the living rooms on either side! We enjoyed coffee on the 3rd deck each morning and the walk to the beach was quick and easy for us all. Thank you again for a wonderful experience and we have already booked it again for next Summer!

Great place for family reunion

We really loved the hot tub, pool/ping pong table, arcade games, and foosball table. The location is a short walk to a very private, beautiful beach. The stairs are no joke (and kitchen/living area is on third floor) so keep this in mind if you're traveling with older relatives. No shower soap or shampoo so bring your own. The kitchen was well-stocked.

Steps from the beach!

Sherry has provided EVERYTHING you could want to spend time at the beach! This is a wonderfully stocked home with tons of space for everyone to be together….or spread out for a little time alone! The kids (and us adults!) LOVED the pool, game room, puzzles, multiple hangout spots. The beach access is SO convenient. Sherry is VERY responsive to questions, and check in & out were a breeze. Thank you!

We loved the house. A short walk to the beach. There were 11 adults in the house and still had lots of room. The house is very spacious. The beds could use some attention. They all squeak and the whole bed moves when you turn over. Thats my only complaint. The kitchen was well stocked. Another refrigerator on the first floor for drinks would have been nice. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The house was just as advertised & the location is perfect. Kids & adults of all ages thoroughly enjoyed the game room, pool & hot tub. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. A fantastic time was had by all. An elevator or stair lift would have made it perfect as the stairs were not for the Senior Citizens or those with mobility difficulties.

Fantastic Quiet Get Away

My friends and I were looking for an escape from school and the loudness of other beaches and found this gem. At first we weren’t looking forward to going because we had no idea where is it however, Port Saint Joe is a lovely town and just the atmosphere we were looking for. The beach was amazing as well as the house. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would love to come back!

Our family meets up once a year for a week at the beach. We’ve tried many locations to meet our needs and budget and the nautical blue house far exceeded our previous attempts to have a be together as a family, but still manage to relax and have our own space.

We are a family of 11 & never felt crowded! The house was immaculate & comfortable. We had several storms during our stay but we kept busy with all the entertainment provided. Only negative was the stairs! The location was perfect. It was only steps away from the beach! We will definitely stay here again!!
