Independent in Panama City

"The desk attendant checking us in was very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean however there was a tear in the ceiling, looked as though there was a water leak at one point that didn't repair properly. The elevator...that needs to be serviced! I didn't bring attention to it, felt safe enough to keep using it without telling the staff, I'm sure they are well aware. Other than that, the stay was pleasant."

"Positive: Great roof top and food - great amenities Negative: Room a/c and ventilation system was very noisy. Didn't sleep well the first of a 3 night stay. Also, water noise from a pipe in the middle of the night. Asked again. Reception man said he didn't follow up. He would do again after we were gone. Not very professionnal. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean and soft. However, the location was not great and the hotel needed repairs and updating. Our shower curtain was poorly mounted by a very messy repair to the tiles in the bathroom. We were awoken at about 3:00 a.m. by loud fighting in a room near us and out in the hallway that continued for at least half an hour. When checking out, the front desk attendant didn't ask how our stay was, just if we received a bill under our door. We opted not to stay and eat the breakfast since we just honestly wanted to get out of there."
