  • This is an updated condo. Step in shower in master bedroom. Tub/shower in 2nd bathroom. View of beach from bedroom and living room. Fully stocked kitchen for you to enjoy. End unit on 8th floor. Comes with washer and dryer. Lookout directly on beach enjoy coffee in the morning watching the marine life!
    I love Regency Towers so much we ended up purchasing another.. Parking fee 40.00 per car per stay

Awesome Condo

We absolutely loved the condo easy access, beautiful views zero complaints. Security is top notch at the front gate. Perfect location far from the strip congestion.

Just relaxing at PCB

Wonderful place right on PCB with amazing views of the gulf. This relaxing getaway has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. We appreciated the end unit with its beach/sea decorated rooms and privacy. Host was responsive to questions/concerns, prior to and during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Great vacation!

We spent 8 nights in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect for the two of us celebrating our anniversary. The host is very nice and quick to respond to communication. The AC was cold, plenty of towels, furniture was comfortable, ROKU on both TV’s made watching our usual shows a breeze. We look forward to returning soon!

A really nice place for a couple

This is a very well kept place. It has wonderful sunsets and a gulf view. 24 hour security and gated parking. There is a Dollar General just across the street for most of what you might need. Parks, museums, and water activities along with many tourist attractions. There is also many shops and resturants. We really enjoyed our stay THANKS!

This place is very family oriented! Truly has everything needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. There were several activities throughout the week for all ages. If you have never experienced the 4th of July at the beach it is a must. Already making plans for next year!

We were happy to find this nice condo available. Very well appointed. It looks like it has been upgraded recently with a beautiful walk in shower in one bath and new tile and shower doors in the second. The kitchen has everything you need and beautiful counters. The whimsical decorations add to the charm. Well maintained and clean!

Wonderful Host and Great Condo

Condo was awesome. Outdoor patio furniture was high top table and chairs, perfect for seeing the beach. Host had a closet full of beach chairs and accessories to use. Would def. stay here again. Regency is a older complex, but one of our favorites, always really clean and taken care of.

Nice place and excellent view

Unit is nice and has a wonderful view of the beach. Great for sitting in the high top chairs and enjoying your morning coffee! Sliding doors from bedroom to balcony is a plus! Shower heads are placed too low for tall people, however overall it's a great place. You have access to an umbrella and chairs on the beach which is a huge plus!

It was everything that I was told it was. Even the food at the pool bar was good. Weather was perfect however it did get down to the med 40’s and with the wind gust at 30 mph it stay cool that day however it was fun watching the kids jumping in and then trying to get warm and doing it all over again.

The condo was great. Clean and well appointed. End unit. Sliding doors well insulated and allowed no noise from outside (even during a heavy rainstorm). Two full bathrooms was a nice bonus. Ample dishes and obviously recently renovated. We enjoyed our stay and would choose this unit again.

Very nice condo with a beautiful view of the gulf.

I would absolutely stay here again. It's was very comfortable and the views are fantastic. The owner is great to work with - very easy to contact and very responsive. We had a problem with the dishwasher while we were there. She had someone in to look at it the next day and the problem was fixed quickly. My problem is the reviews on Vrbo. Every review is 5 stars for everything which can't be accurate. The condo was surfaced clean but had not had a deep clean in months. There was thick dust in the harder to reach areas (ceiling fan blades, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.). We had to do a lot of cleaning before it was acceptable. Instead of a ceiling fan in the bedroom, there were wires sticking out. The furniture was nice, but very dated. The balcony furniture needs replaced, it's not in good shape. The kitchen is minimally stocked (there was not can opener!). So, there's a lot of little things that need addressed, but it is a great place to spend a few weeks.
