Remodeled gulf front condo (2nd floor) within walking distance to Pier Park! Dog friendly! (Small grass dog area on site. Approx 70lbs or under. Check dog fee box on VRBO.) We provide 2 beach loungers & umbrella on the beach from 3/15-10/31. Stunning kitchen features granite countertops & tile blue backsplash. Bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower w/ rain shower head. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Sitting area has a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress & a 2nd Smart HDTV. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & living room. Walk to Pier Park, Top Golf, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).

Perfect beach getaway! Spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with stunning ocean views. The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with chairs and umbrellas provided. Host was responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

This place was great! The view from the balcony is priceless. Hosts checked in to make sure we didnt have any questions. The chairs and umbrella on the beach were great to have. Will definitely stay here if we go back to PCB.

Great PCB Vacation

Great oceanfront condo

Perfect little condo right on the beach with great oceanfront. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The description on VRBO was accurate. My wife and I had a great time and will be booking for next year. Centrally located to restaurants, dog beach, pier and many activities.

The property was great!! The location was great and our property owner was great! Only complaint is the beautiful pool was like an ice bath it was freezing you definitely couldn’t go in. Would love to go back we really enjoyed it. Thanks to Jeff!!!

Amazing Place to Stay

The condo is amazing, just the right size overlooking the beach. We brought our dogs which was very important. The owners could not have been better hosts. The coffee maker wouldn't work, we had a new one within 20 minutes. Very clean and the location was perfect. Definitely will be staying here again!!

Nice pet-friendly condo for two

This was a nice little condo on the beach. Great for a couple or a couple with one or two kids. It's an older property, but recently renovated. Everything was nice and clean. One minor thing I would note is that there are no electrical outlets in the bedroom. At least, none that I saw. Had to charge our phones on the kitchen counter, but it wasn't a big deal. This was a really great little place to stay on the beach.

Turkey week visit

The unit was great , owner was great /redponsive.. The complex it self was kinda below par ( not our condo unit) The pool was slimy , we watched the pool guy spend about 3 mins one day cleaning it , poorly. Hot tub water , had a strange odor & no chemicals or low amounts. Used it once & not again. The overall up keep of the premises could be better . Power wash the place & change some light bulbs etc … Nothing horrible. But could be a lot nicer.. Afain , our unit was good ..

Perfect for 2 days. Beach right outside. Third floor with great view. Balcony small but fine for we wanted. Kitchen was nice but we didn't use since only there short time. Liked Shuckem's right across street. Had lunch. Sharky's right on the beach was fantastic, for our evening meal, was within walking distance as well. Room was nice but didn't come to stay in the room.prperty was obviously old but fixed up. Used washer and dryer. Quarters only. Some maintenance could be done to the wooden fence around the dumpster but didn't effect our stay. Would recommend this property.
